VETERINARIAN POSITION

L’Hôpital vétérinaire de L’Île-Perrot is currently recruiting to fill two part-time or full-time veterinarian positions. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a positive vision of the profession and a strong desire to work as part of a team, while upholding the highest standards of veterinary practice.

As general practitioners, we provide our patients with care that meets the highest standards of veterinary medicine. We promote comprehensive preventive medicine from an early age, and education is an integral part of our consultations beginning at the time of pet adoption. Clear and effective communication with our clients is a top priority. Our goal is to build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our clientele.

A positive and pleasant work environment is very important to us. We are fortunate to have an outstanding technical team supporting our veterinarians (VTs, VT assistants, animal care attendants), as well as exceptionally skilled and experienced receptionists. Appointment times range from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the case.

Our facilities have been completely new since June 2020, when our hospital relocated. We have seven examination rooms, a large treatment area, a double surgery suite, a dentistry room, a hospitalization area dedicated to exotic animals, as well as beautiful canine, feline, and isolation wards.

Everything has been designed to make our work pleasant, efficient, and comfortable. The veterinarians’ office overlooks the treatment area and is conveniently located next to the pharmacy and at the center of the consultation rooms.

We also offer a large meeting room, a locker room with individual lockers and a shower, a laundry area with uniform maintenance for the entire team, and a spacious 7,200-square-foot hospital.
